List messages from a chat

https://api.joinblink.com/api/platform/chats//messages

Returns a page of messages from the given chat, ordered from newest to oldest. Pages backwards through history: pass the returned page's next_cursor back via the cursor query parameter to fetch the messages sent before the last one on this page.
